Exchange Policy

  • Limited Exchanges: You can only exchange an item if it is defective or the wrong product

  • 24-Hour Deadline: You must report the issue via WhatsApp (7338424648) within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Unboxing Video Required: You must film a clear, uncut video of yourself opening the package. Without this video, no exchange requests will be accepted.

  • Item Condition: The item must be unworn, have all original tags attached, and be in its original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying all shipping fees to send the item back.

  • Color Policy: Small differences in color caused by camera lighting or screens are not considered defects.

  • Quality Check: Once your return arrives, it will be inspected. If it passes, you will receive an exchange. If it fails the inspection, no exchange will be given, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
